Panchakarma
DetoxPanchakarma is a method of cleansing all acumulated toxins in the body and restoring health with the help of medicated oil by implementing five procedures hence the term PANCHA (five) – KARMA (procedures). Panchakarma treatment is unique in the sense that it includes preventive, curative and promotive actions for various diseases. Five procedures of purification- Vamana (Emesis), Virechana (Purgation), Niroohavasti (Decoction enema), Nasya (instillation of medicine through nostrils), and Anuvasanavasti (Oil enema). These procedures aim at plucking away the deep rooted imbalances in the body.

Vital life energyVarmam medicine is the unique pride of siddha system of medicine gifted by siddhars for the welfare of mankind. Varmam is the vital life energy points located in human body and was identified as 108 points. The dwelling or resting places of life energy called varmam points when we stimulates the varmam points with appropriate pressure, It produces a clear therapeutic efficacy. These points are stimulated either by giving pressure in circular manner or pointing way constantly. Varmam treatment is much effective in arthritis disorders all neurological and neuromuscular disorders.
